I haven't updated the blog in over a week -- which, in blog time, equals about 4.5 years according to my calculations. Why, you ask? It's not because of lack of things to say or because I've lost interest, or even because I've been kidnapped by internet-hating aliens. Rather, its getting used to the fact that blogs are living breathing entities that must be fed on a regular basis to survive. So rather than send my blog to the internet graveyard to join the thousands of defunct personal blogs, I've decided to feed the beast.
